“of tender trysts” is a study of intimacy, connection and kinship, the lucid mythologies that bind and connect one another. Interested in the gestural ephemera that tethers us together the work explores tender embodiment and the sentient impetus of queer utopias. Intimacies of serendipity and slippery surface interaction, glints of connection that bind us, cascading through affinities to come.
“of tender trysts” explores a corporeal intimacy that occurs gratuitously, unwittingly and subliminally; its impact is infinite. When surfaces converge, this nexus of connection begins, idiosyncratic flickers dot along laps of anomalous constellations; gleams of sentient tenderness and serendipity.
